Target Audience

Age:
the age of my target audience for my media product is mainly aimed at female and male genders ages 18-24 years old. This is because this image shows that indie bands use instruments to express their feelings. This is also because many indie tracks are a narrative based story which discusses about relationships and life. The use of costume in this slide and the black colour signifies that their masculinity which is why female ages 18-24 are attracted to indie music this is because they have interests in the rock indie male look such as long hair and their style.

With the stories and musical talent of certain indie bands is the reasoning for the shared likeness of the indie genre. the song I am doing is Ben Howard "the wolves".
